An 'order' is deemed to be a written or verbal contract between Dykemans's Camper/Hastings Motor Sales and the client, this includes telephone and email agreements.

Dykeman's Campers will not be liable for lost, stolen or damaged good while in our shop's possession for repair.

Prairie Interactive will not be liable for any costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the unavailability of the product or service.
